Three LWC men's tennis players earn Academic All-MSC Honors By Anthony Latessa News from Lindsey Wilson College COLUMBIA, KY - Three players on the Lindsey Wilson men's tennis team earned Academic All Mid-South Conference honors, the conference office announced on Thursday. Isaac Allen, Tomas Depiaggio and Mackenzie Montgomery each received the academic award. Allen and Montogmery earn their second-consecutive conference honor, while Depiaggio earns his first. The Blue Raiders are three of 22 student-athletes across the conference to receive the award. In order to be nominated by an institution, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved at least sophomore academic status. Pikeville (Ky.) produced the most men's tennis honorees in the Mid-South with five, followed by Cumberland (Tenn.) and Georgetown (Ky.) with four recipients each. Community Trust Bank is the sponsor of the Mid-South Conference Academic Award program.
