Columbia, KY man, 22, arrested on felony vandalism charges Discovery made in response to alert on altercation in the Hudson Addition Note - Charges are are not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by law enforcement is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding. By Ofc. Josh Brockman, Public Information Officer Columbia Police Department, Chief, Jason Cross On Tue 18 Apr 2017, Columbia Police Officers were dispatched to an altercation taking place off of Hudson Street in the limits of Columbia, KY. When officers arrived it was found during course of investigation that the victim had over $1,000 of personal property damage . As a result of the incident 22-year-old Marcus Yarberry was arrested by Ofc John Dial on charges of Criminal Mischief 1st degree and was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail This story was posted on 2017-04-21 04:41:46
