Funeral services will be at 12pmNoonCT,, Saturday April 15, 2017 at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY.

She was born on Sunday February 14, 1965 in Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio She was the daughter of Jan Gelvin Chenoweth, Cincinnati, Ohio and Roger Gelvin, Bellbrook, Ohio. She died Monday, April 10, 2017, in Russell Springs, KY, at the age of 52 years, one month, and 28 days. In addition to her parents, she is survived by:
  • One daughter: Rikki Brassfield, Russell Springs, KY

  • Two sons: Roger Anthony Brassfield, Dayton, Ohio; and Nathan Brassfield, Jamestown, KY

  • One sister: Jennifer Gelvin, Franklin, TN

  • Two brothers: Jeff Gelvin, Harriman, TN; and Chris Gelvin, Dayton, Ohio

  • Five grandchildren
