Mark Twain Shriners Roadblocks Fri 7 Apr 2017

The Mark Twain Shriners, Columbia, KY, will hold its semi-annual roadblock fundraiser from 3pm-6pmCT, Friday April 7, 2017, a the following locations:
  • Jamestown Street & Russell Road intersection
  • Campbellsville Street in front of Burton Ace Hardware, 314 Campbellsville St, Columbia, KY
All proceeds go Kosair Charities. Donors are encouraged to have checks filled out to Kosair Charities.

John Shofner, Campbellsville, is President of the Mark Twain Shriners. Joe Flowers, Columbia, KY is secretary, and Fred Rowe, Columbia, KY is treasurer.

Member Robert Flowers is on the Kosair Charities Board. Kosair Charities returns 50 to 100 fold what donations are received from Adair County each year, Robert Flowers said.

Adair Countians are reminded to watch for the colorful Kosair Charities fezes that semi-annual Kosair Charities Roadblock members will be wearing Friday afternoon, April 7, 2017, from 3pm-6pmCT, a the following locations: 1) Jamestown Street & Russell Road intersection and 2) Campbellsville Street in front of Burton Ace Hardware, 314 Campbellsville St, Columbia, KY. All proceeds go Kosair Charities, which has returned all donations from 50-fold or more to Adair County in recent years, a phenomenal return not matched by any other charity, as best it can be determined. Donors are encouraged to have checks filled out to Kosair Charities. - ED WAGGENER
