Adair Co. Grand Jury returns indictments 14 Mar 2017

Indictments against 7 persons, residents. Charges include flagrant non-support, burglary, criminal mischief, operating motor vehicle under influence, possession of forged instruments.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Adair County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Columbia, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 14 Mar 2017:

  • DAVID HANSEN (04-08-1976), Heather Lane, Columbia, KY Indictment no. 17-CR-00038 Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Flagrant Non-Support. Bail set at $5,000 CA.. Arraignment 3/28/2017 at 1pmCT.

  • SUSAN ROOKS POLLARD (0-5-14-1979), Heather Lane, Columbia, KY Indictment no. 17-CR-00039. Charged with 1 counts. Count 1 - Flagrant Non-support. Bail set at $5,000 CA. Arraignment 3/28/2017 at 1pmCT.

  • CODY MORRISON (04-23-96), Curry Road, Columbia, KY Indictment no. 17-CR-00040. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Burglary in Third Degree. Count 2 - Criminal Mischief in Third Degree. Bail set at $5,000 CA. Arraignment 3/28/2017 at 1pmCT.

  • AARON GARSEE (08/17/1990), Curry Road, Columbia, KY. Indictment no. 17-CR-00041. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Burglary in Third Degree. Count 2 - Criminal Mischief in Third Degree. Bail set at $5,000 CA. Arraignment 3/28/2017 at 1pmCT.

  • ENOCH BURTON (05/23/1997), Flatwoods Road, Columbia, KY Indictment no. 17-CR-00042. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Rape in Second Degree. Bail set at $75,000 CA. Arraignment 3/28/2017 at 1pmCT.

  • JOSHEPH D. HALL (01/26/1963), East 80 Drive, Columbia, KY Indictment no. 17-CR-00043. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Operating a Motor Vehicle while Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs. Count 2 - Possession of a firearm by convicted felon. Count 3 - Operating motor vehicle while license revoked or suspended for driving unter the influence, first offense. Count 4 - Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, first offense. Bail set at $2,000 CA. Arraignment 3/28/2017 at 1pmCT.

  • JILL R. SPROWLES (02/09/1976), Walnut Grove Road, Russell Springs, KY. Indictment no. 17-CR-00044. Charged with two counts. Count 1-2 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree [Check] (Two countys. Bail set at $1,000 CA. Arraignment 3/28/2017 at 1pmCT.
