Martha Lacy: Breeding Loop roadsides clean - briefly

Martha Lacy writes:
I want to thank who ever picked up the trash on Breeding Loop it looked so nice for about one day. The next time I went out guess what? Yes, there was a bag that was there cups, wrappers all over the place again. Why do you or y'all do it - have to throw it out on the side of the road. It looks awful!!! I have seen clothes up and down the road, too, like Joyce. Please stop!!! -Martha Lacy
