James McNear, 69, Taylor County, KY (1947-2017) Mr. McNear professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. He was a former truck driver and CB and HAM radio operator and loved talking to and meeting new people. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Road, Campbellsville, KY, 4pm-6pmCT/5pm-7pmET, Thursday, March 16, 2017 from At the request of Mr. McNear, there will be no formal funeral service. A private interment service will be conducted at a later date. James McNear, Taylor County, KY (1947-2017) Mr. James "Big Foot" McNear of Campbellsville, KY, was born on July 9, 1947 in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY. He was the son of Flossie (Keith) Warren, who survives, and the late Bernard McNear. He departed this life on Sunday, March 12, 2017, in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, after an illness. He was 69 years, eight months, and three days of age. Mr. McNear professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. He was a former truck driver and CB and HAM radio operator and loved talking to and meeting new people.
