Fulton Co., KY officials report storm damage Thu 9 Mar 2017 Significant damage, but no injuries or fatalities reported Click on headline for complete story By Buddy Rogers News from Commonwealth News Center FRANKFORT, KY (Fri, 10 March 2017) - Fulton County Emergency Management is reporting storm damage to the city of Hickman, KY. Officials say a severe storm caused significant damage late Thursday night within the city limits in the area of Hwy 1099 Bypass, and KY 125. The County Dispatch Center lost power and suffered water damage. Local 911 calls have been routed to KSP Post 1. There are no reported injuries or fatalities. Emergency officials are in the process of conducting wellness checks throughout the impacted area and are asking citizens to check on their families and neighbors. Local emergency management will begin damage assessments at first light and are advising citizens and businesses to report the damage to Fulton County Emergency Management at Tel. 270-236-3480. Kentucky Emergency Management (KYEM) personnel are present at the Fulton County Emergency Operations Center (EOC) providing information to the State EOC to assist the coordination of any needed state resources.
