COLUMBIA, KY (Tue 7 Mar 2017) - The Lindsey Wilson baseball team fell nine spots to No. 15 in the latest NAIA Baseball Coaches' Top 25 Poll, the national office announced on Tuesday.




The Blue Raiders (11-7) started the season 1-7 but have won their last 10 games, including a 9-6 contest over then-No. 24-ranked Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.) on Feb. 28.

Faulkner (AL) assumed the top spot in the poll with 498 total points and all 18 first-place votes.

Oklahoma Wesleyan and Georgia Gwinnett share the No. 2 ranking with 466 points each.

No. 4-ranked Oklahoma City and No. 5-ranked Keiser (FL) round out the top five.

No other Mid-South Conference teams appear in the top 25 poll, but two conference programs - Georgetown (KY) and Cumberlands (KY) - received votes.
