Mary E. Hawkins, 82, Lawless Cemetery Road, Jamestown, KY, died Friday, February 24, 2017, at Fair Oaks Nursing Home, Jamestown, KY.

The funeral service for Mary E. Hawkins will be conducted at 11amCT, Monday, February 27, 2017, at the H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY, with Bro. Avery Russell and Bro. Jerry Burton officiating. Interment will be in the Jack Lawless Cemetery, Jamestown, KY. Visitation will be after 5pmCT, Sunday, February 26, 2017, at the funeral home.

She was born February 13, 1935, in Jamestown, Russell County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Lestie Russell & Otis Collins Russell. She died Friday, February 24, 2017, in Jamestown, Russell County, KY, at the age of 82 years, 11 days.

She was a homemaker.

She is survived by the following:
  • Three daughter: Connie, wife of Ronnie Huddleston, Columbia, KY; Lisa, wife of Steve York, Jamestown, KY; and Tracy, wife of Wendell Appleby, Jamestown, KY

  • One son: Bobby Hawkins, Russell Springs, KY

  • One brother: Ronald Russell, Jamestown, KY

  • Ten grandchildren

  • Ten great grandchildren
She was preceded in deathy by her parents; her husband, Robert Hawkins; five brothers, Donald, Kirby, Herman, Herlon, and Philip Russell; and two sisters, Helen George and Lula May Russell.

The H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY, is in charge of arrangements.
