Customer who moved comments on City Gas refunding process Comments re article 88560 City Council 6 Feb 2017 Gas overcharge issue revisited Holly writes: This is great for current customers but we sold our house and moved no longer having gas from the City of Columbia. We lived there for over 11 years so guess the people that bought our house will get the money we were overcharged. - HollyThanks. - As Mayor Hardwick stated, the City will try to find a resolution for situations such as yours, but says the city has to go by legal procedures to do so.
