LWC women's basketball No. 4 in latest NAIA Coaches' Poll

Blue Raiders are 22-0 for season. Freed-Hardeman No. 1, Campbellsville University is eighth in same national poll.

COLUMBIA, KY - The NAIA released the fourth regular season Top-25 Coaches' Poll Tuesday evening and Lindsey Wilson remained at No.4. The Blue Raiders received 227 points in the poll.

The Blue Raiders (22-0, 8-0 Mid-South Conference) are off to the best start in program history. The 22 consecutive wins are also a program-best.



Ranked No. 1 is Freed Hardeman (TN) who received 250 points in the poll and nine first-place votes.

No. 2 is Lewis-Clark State (ID) with 242 points and one first-place vote, No. 3 is Westmont (CA) with 233 points and Vanguard (CA) is No. 5 receiving 218 points.

Four other Mid-South Conference teams in the poll are Shawnee State (Ohio) who is sixth, Campbellsville (KY) who is eighth, Cumberland (TN) 15th and Pikeville (KY) 23rd.
