Elbert Hadley officiating. V.F.W. Post 6097 will present full military honors following the service. David Hoover, 74, Adair County, KY (1942-2017) He was born May 2, 1942, in Adair County, to the late Gordon "Buster" and Agnes Pruitt Hoover. He died Wednesday, January 18, 2017, in Columbia, Adair County, KY, at the age of 74 years, eight months, and 13 days. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, serving during the Vietnam Era, and a carpenter. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother; Nyle Hoover and two sisters; Brenda Sue Hoover and Sherry Campbell. Survivors include:
