Joe Bailey, 79, Taylor County, KY (1937-2017) He served his country honorably in the United States Navy. During his tenure Joe was awarded the Good Conduct Medal. After returning back to Campbellsville he became a member of the Pitman Masonic Lodge #124 F & AM and was also a member of the Kosair Shriners. Joe was a retired semi-truck driver and former Sergeant with the Campbellsville Police Department in the early 1960s. He was the son of the late Daniel Bailey & Mallie Graham Bailey. His wife, Ina Hunt Bailey, survives. He leaves four direct living descendants. Joe Bailey, Taylor County, KY (1937-2017) Joe Bailey was the son of the late Daniel Bailey & Mallie Graham Bailey. He was born July 14, 1937, in Taylor County, KY. He died Sunday, January 8, 2017 in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 79 years, five months, and 25 days. He served his country honorably in the United States Navy. During his tenure Joe was awarded the Good Conduct Medal. After returning back to Campbellsville he became a member of the Pitman Masonic Lodge #124 F & AM and was also a member of the Kosair Shriners. Joe was a retired semi-truck driver and former Sergeant with the Campbellsville Police Department in the early 1960s. He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Robinson Creek Baptist Church.
