Marshall Phelps, age 49, of Liberty, KY passed away on Thursday December 22, 2016 at U.K. Hospital, Lexington, KY.

Funeral Services will be held 1pmCT/2pmET, on Monday December 26, 2016 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel, 142 KY 49, Liberty, KY. Burial will be in the Tapscott Cemetery. Visitation will be held after 10:30amCT/11:30amET, Monday December 26th, 2016 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel.

Marshall Phelps, 49, Casey County, KY (1967-2016)

He was born in Alexandria, IN on June 5, 1967. He was a son of the late Elbert and Bernice Coffman Phelps. He died Thursday, December 22, 2016, in Lexington, Fayette County, KY, at the age of 49 years, six months, and 17 days.

Marshall was a former security guard at Green River Gate.

Survivors include:
  • His Caregivers: Margaret Meece and Marietta Wethington both of Liberty.
