Hart Grand jury returns murder indictment in traffic death 77 year old driver faces numerous charges in death of 18 month old child. Tristen Lynn Dilley, 18 months/obituary NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding. By TFC B.J. Eaton, Public Information Officer Kentucky State Police Post 3, Bowling Green, KY HORSE CAVE, KY (8 Dec 2016)- The three vehicle injury collision that occurred on November 3, 2016 on US 31-W in Horse Cave has resulted in the death of 19 month old Tristen Dilley of Edinburgh, IN. The child was flown to Kosair Children's Hospital the night of the collision but succumbed to his injuries on November 10, 2016 and was pronounced dead at the hospital by the Jefferson County Coroner's Office. The investigation was presented to the Hart County Grand Jury on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 where they returned an indictment on 77 year old Roger Williams of Munfordville. He was served the Indictment Warrant today at the Hart County Jail charging him with the following charges: * MurderThe investigation is still ongoing and being led by Master Trooper Timmy Jewell.
