He was preceded in death by two wives, Sandy Bates Coomer and Martha Thomas Coomer. He leaves one direct and three step living descendants. Elbert Hadley the officiating clergy. Interment will be in the Stone Cemetery. There will be no visitation. He died November 28, 2016, in Shepherdsville, Bullitt County, KY, at the age of 69 years, nine months, and 20 days.
