Gary Ray Webb, 62, Summer Shade, KY (1954-2016)

He was a security guard and a musician. He was a Christian. He was a native of Rowan County, KY, the son of the late Edna Wilson Webb Skaggs and Mack Webb. His wife of 35 years, Margie Ann Walker Webb, survives. He leaves 10 direct and on step living descendants.

Gary Ray Webb, age 62, of Summer Shade, died Saturday, December 3, 2016, at T J Samson Hospital, Glasgow, KY.

Funeral services will be at 1pmCT, Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at the White Cemetery Chapel, with burial to follow in the White Cemetery. Visitation at the McMurtrey Funeral Home, 2232 Summer Shade Road, Summer Shade, KY, will be Monday, December 5, 2016 from 1pmCT till 8pmCT, and on Tuesday after 7amCT until 12:30pmCT.

Born August 20, 1954 in Morehead, Rowan County, KY, he was a son of the late Edna Wilson Webb Skaggs and Mack Webb. He died Saturday, December 3, 2016, in Glasgow, Barren County, KY, at the age of 62 years, three months, and 13 days.

He was a security guard and a musician. He was a Christian.

His wife of 35 years, Margie Ann Walker Webb, survives.

Survivors also include:
  • One daughter: Rebecca (Kevin) Vibbert, Gamaliel, KY

  • Two sons, Gary Webb, Glasgow, KY; and Mack (Joanna) Webb, Summer Shade, KY

  • One step son: Doyle Turner, Summer Shade, KY

  • Two sisters: Kathy Lunsford, Georgetown, KY; and Rhonda Wilson, Virginia

  • Two brothers: Tommy Webb, Tompkinsville, KY; and Tim Wilson, Georgetown, KY

  • Four granddaughters: Shandra and Kendall Webb, and Christian and Autumn Vibbert

  • Two grandsons: Agustin Leonidea and Mack Webb II.
He was preceded in death besides his parents, by one brother Allen Wilson, one sister Linda Wilson, and one step daughter Mary Ann Davis.
