Campbellsville man faces numerous charges in Columbia

On Thursday, December 1, 2016, at 4:33pmCT Officers Charles Greer and Jamie Cole received a complaint of a suspicious male on Carrie Bolin Drive.


Upon their arrival they searched the area where he was last seen and located 27 year old Joseph Murrell of Campbellsville, KY, hiding behind a building.

Further investigation revealed he had an outstanding warrant of arrest from Adair County District Court.

Murrell was also found to be in possession of Methamphetamine, Suboxone, and a Syringe.

Murrell was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail on charges of Possession of Controlled Substance 1st degree Methamphetamine, Possession of Controlled Substance 2nd Degree, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and a Failure to Appear (Bench Warrant)

CPD Ofc Charles Greer is continuing the investigation.
