City of Columbia Offices closed Thu-Fri 24-25 Nov 2016 Thanksgiving Holiday Schedule The City of Columbia offices, City Hall, 116 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY will be closed all day Thursday, November 24 and Friday, November 25, 2016, for the Thanksgiving holidays. Columbia Police Department office will be closed, but police will be on duty and can be reached, as always, by dialing 9-1-1. Columbia Gas Department will be closed, but can be reached in case of emergency.
