Dr. Robert Reynolds, Jesse LaGrange, in concert 20 Nov 2016 Piano Recital - Dr. Robert Reynolds and Jesse LaGrange will be performing at 2pm CT, Sunday, November 20, 2016 in the Lindsey Wilson College W.W. Slider Humanities Center Recital Hall, 155 Blue Raider Drive, Columbia, KY The recital is free and open to the public. Click on headline for full story with photo(s) By Venus Popplewell, Director of Public Relations Lindsey Wilson College, Columbia, KY COLUMBIA, KY - The music of Johann Sebastian Bach, Muzio Clementi, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Franz Schubert, and Franz Liszt will be featured at a November 20 piano recital at Lindsey Wilson College. Two pianists, Lindsey Wilson College Professor of Music, Dr. Robert Reynolds, and 13 year old Burkesville, KY native, Jesse LaGrange, will perform selected pieces by the five European composers on Sunday, November 20, 2016 at 2pmCT in the W.W. Slider Humanities Center Recital Hall. The concert is free and open to the public. Dr. Reynolds teaches piano, music history, music theory, American Music, and performs around the area as soloist and chamber musician. His Doctor of Musical Arts, in piano performance, is from the University of KentucKY LaGrange, the thirteen year-old son of John and Paige LaGrange, is a piano student of Dr. Reynolds. Jesse is in the 9th grade and likes to play on the viola and hang out with his 10 year-old brother, Henry. Dr. Reynolds says Jesse is "a piano teacher's dream" due to his hard work, dedication, and raw talent. "Jesse is an ideal piano student and therefore a piano teacher's dream," Dr. Reynolds says, "If I send him home from his lesson with a new piano work, he usually returns the next week with it memorized and full of questions about how to play it better." Pianists Dr. Reynolds and Jesse LaGrange will perform on at 2pmCT, Sunday, November 20, 2016, in the Lindsey Wilson College W.W.
