Funeral services are 10amCT/11amET Friday, November 18, 2016 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Dwight Coffman officiating. Burial is at Caney Fork Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 9amCT/10amET until funeral service. Honorary pallbearers are Jonathan, Mark, Tracy and Jeff Phillips, Bryan Phillips, Kevin Karnes, Mike Jenkins, and Lance Murphy. Travis Phillips, 43, Casey Co., KY/Taylor native (1973-2016) Born November 7, 1973 in Taylor County, KY, he was the son of the late Harry and Novella Murphy Phillips. He died Monday, November 14, 2016, in Frankfort, Franklin County, KY, at the age of 43 years, and 7 days. He did electrical work. Travis was a loyal brother and friend. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Cynthia Phillips. Survivors include:
