The Adair County Board of Education will meet in a regular session at the Adair County Board of Education Conference Room, 1204 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY, at 6pmCT, Thursday, November 17, 2016. The Adair County Middle School students will open the meeting with Pledge of Allegiance.

  6. Approval to reject previous bids on Adair County Primary Center Parking Lot Project BG: 17-054
  7. Approval of of revised BG-1 (17-054) for Adair County Primary Center Parking Lot Project
  8. Approval of contract with Lake Works Construction, LLC for rough grading/site work and Gaddie Shamrock for Blacktopping services related to the execution of revised BG:17-054
  9. Approval of Revised BG-1 form for demolition of the Old School Bus Garage.
  10. Approval of resolution of authority to enter into and file application for Community Developpment Block Grant.
  11. Approval of Letter of Commitment for Community Learning Center/Central Office Project
  12. Approval to accept first KETS offer of assistance for FY 2017 to match the full amount for up to three (3) years

  15. approval of out-of-state trip by Adair County High School cheerleaders to Orlando, Dl and to be transported by certificated common carrier
  16. Approval of out-of-state trip by Adair County High School FFA land judging team to Oklahoma City, OK
  17. Approval of revision to Procedure 05.41 AP.2
  18. Approval of reviewing the following procedures due to ESSA requirements:
