Dale Alfred Napper, 74, Adair County, KY (1942-2016) He was born March 9, 1942, in Hamdon, Vinton County, Ohio. He was the son of the late Gartie and Stella Honaker Napper. He died Tuesday, November 8, 2016, at the age of 74 years, seven months, and 30 days. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife of 44 years, Wilma Napper. He was retired from Rockwell and DuPont, formerly owned an auto parts store in Mt. Sterling, was owner, promoter and avid fan of late model dirt track racing.
