Russell County, KY, man charged with Wanton Endangerment Charge alleges man fired rifle into area where juveniles were riding bicycles. Note: An individual charged by police or in a warrant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding. By TFC William Gregory, Public Information Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY RUSSELL SPRINGS, KY (SAT 5 Nov 2016) - 53-year-old Lonnie Burdine, of Russell Springs, was arrested on November 4, 2016 at 3:51amCT on Lynch Lane in Eli. Burdine was charged with Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree after an investigation into Burdine firing a rifle into the area where juveniles were riding bicycles.
