Green County Grand Jury returns indictments 2 Nov 2016

Indictments brought against four individuals from Greensburg, Canmer, and Campbellsville, KY for charges including assault, theft, burglary, criminal mischief, and possession.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Wednesday, 2 Nov 2016:


  • Larry Hall (12/10/1954), Cotton Chaudoin Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00024. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Assault, 4th degree (domestic), Third or > within 5 years. Bond set at $6,000 cash, no contact with victim.

  • Malcolm Booher (11/16/1984), Hardyville Rd., Canmer, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00025-001. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - TBUT or disposition all others $10,000 or more but under $1,000,000. Count 2 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Count 3 - Criminal mischief, 3rd degree. Count 4 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Joshua Harris (04/14/1981), Social Band Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00025-002. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - TBUT or disposition all others $10,000 or more but under $1,000,000. Count 2 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Count 3 - Criminal mischief, 3rd degree. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Danny L. Tungate (01/30/1965), Smith Ridge Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00026. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, drug unspecified. Bond set at $5,000/10%, no alcohol, no illegal drugs.
