Funeral services for Mrs. Stacy Nicholle (Stockton) Owens, will be conducted at 2pmCT, Friday October, 28, 2016, in the Chapel of Campbell-New Funeral Home, 115 Cross Street, Albany, KY, with Pastors David Dorn and Donnie Shelley officiating. Burial will follow in the Peolia Cemetery in Clinton County, KY. The family will receive friends after 5pmCT on Thursday, October 27, 2016, and Friday morning from 6amCT, until the funeral hour on Friday. She was the daughter of Charles Stockton of Albany, KY and Barbara May (and Billy) Simmons of Tompkinsville, KY and is also survived by, her husband, Cody Owens, Albany, KY; and the following:
