Click on headline for complete story with photo(s) By Rhonda Loy, City Clerk, City of Columbia, KY A Public Hearing to be held at 5pmCT, Tue 25 Oct 2016, at City Hall, 116 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY. to obtain citizen input for the Communityy Block Grant (CDBG) Application for the proposed Adair County Learning Center/Central Office Project. The City will hold a public hearing prior to the submission of the CDBG application. The purpose of the hearing is to obtain views on housing and community development needs, review proposed activities, review the proposed appliction, and solicit public comments.
