Funeral services are 10amCT/11amET, Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Hershel Lawhorn officiating. Burial will follow in Thomas Ridge Cemetery. Visitation is 5pm-8pmCT/6pm-9pmET, Tuesday, October 25, 2016, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home and will continue Wednesday from 7amCT/8amET until funeral service. She died Friday, October 21, 2016, in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, at the age of 83 years, four months, and 16 days. She was a homemaker and mill worker. She loved flowers and being outside. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Attis Bernard, who died March 10, 2008; a son, Darrell Bernard; and five brothers, Ronald Gene, Bobby, Lester, Freddie, Kellie Roy.
