Sheriff Moss apprehends fugitive from Indiana after foot chase

Incident occurs on KY 900 between Glens Fork and Cundiff. 21 year old woman was wanted on parole violation and child pornography.

On Thu 20 Oct 2016 Adair County Sheriff Harrison Moss apprehended a fugitive from Indiana after a short foot chase.



21 year old Desiree Clawson Cox of Indiana was apprehended shortly after 4pmCT at a residence on KY 900.

Sheriff Moss was contacted on Thu 20 Oct 2016 by Indiana authorities and asked to be on the lookout for Cox.

Cox was wanted out of Walcott, IN on charges of parole violation and child pornography.

After a short investigation Moss was able to locate and apprehend Cox.

Cox was lodged in the Adair County Jail and is waiting extradition to Indiana.
