Columbia P & Z public hearing for 309 Hurt St. change request

Public Notice

Please be advised the City of Columbia Planning and Zoning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at 5:30pmCT, in City Hall, 116 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, to consider the following:
Request for zone change from C-2 Highway Oriented Commercial to R-4 High Density Residential for lots located at 309 Hurt Street (PVA Map No. 000-06 01-045.00) & 311 Hurt Street (PVA Map No. 000-06 01-044.00). The purpose of the change will be for the construction of an 8-unit apartment building. Property owned by Michael L. Stephens.
The hearing is open to the public.
