Health Fair blood draws begin October 10 at TJ Health Columbia TJ Health Columbia will have a community health fair Saturday, October 22 from 7amCT to 11amCT at TJ Health Columbia ai 901 Westlake Drive in Columbia. The first 1,500 community members will receive their lab testing for free. Pre-registration is required to ensure you will receive the free lab test. Lab pre-draw dates are October 10 through the 14, 2016 from 6:30amCT to 9:30amCT each day. 100 free flu shots will also be given on the pre-draw lab dates. The health fair includes a basic lab panel, a lipid panel as well as bone density screenings, height, weight, blood pressure, PSA for men and body mass index. Vascular screenings will be available at a charge of $50 each or all 3 for $120. To pre-register for the health fair to ensure your free lab testing, please register at TJ Health Columbia Health Fair or call 270-659-3378.
