Josephine Brown Romines, age 74, of Edmonton, KY, passed away Saturday, September 17, 2016 at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY.

Funeral services will be held 1pmCT, Tuesday, September 20, 2016, at Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY, with burial in the Metcalfe County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4:30pmCT until 8pmCT, Monday, September 19, 2016, and after 9amCT, Tuesday at the funeral home.

She was the daughter of the late Wayne and Phyllis Simmons Brown. She was born May 10, 1942 and died September 17, 2016, in Glasgow, Barren County, KY, at the age of 74 years, four months, and seven days.

She was a former employee of Topps Manufacturing in Edmonton and of the Methodist faith. She is survived by:
  • Two sons: Tracy and wife Ruth Romines, Troy and wife Teresa Romines all of Edmonton, KY

  • Two grandchildren: Colby Romines and Jackson Romines both of Edmonton, KY

  • One great grandchild: Lucas Romines
