Bethelridge man airlifted to UK after pickup accident Casey county injury collision occurs early Sunday morning By TFC William Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY LIBERTY, Ky. (Tue 30 Aug 2016) - Tpr. Adam Likins is investigating a collision that occurred Sunday, August 28, 2016 at approximately 3:45amCT, 4 miles south of Liberty on KY 837. 67-year-old Tommy Valdez, of Bethelridge, KY was operating a northbound 1995 Ford pickup when he lost control, left the roadway and struck a tree.
