TRH offering AHA Basic Life Support Courses Taylor Regional Hospital will present American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider New and Recertification Courses on September 20, 2016 from 8amET until Noon ET at the TRH Education Classroom, 1700 Old Lebanon Road, Campbellsville, KY. Basic Life Support (BLS) will describe the particular phases of emergency cardiac care that prevents circulatory or respiratory arrest (or insufficiency) through prompt recognition and intervention, early entry into the EMS system or both and externally supports the circulation and respiration of a victim of cardiac or pulmonary arrest through BLS. The cost for the class is $50 (which includes the book). Richard Phillips, Staff Development Coordinator, is the instructor for this class.
