Home distillery at Beautiful Joppa, KY working wonderfully Solving the bad tasting water problem in Adair County, KY Maury Lewis writes: I have my own steam water distiller and you would be surprised at some of the stuff that is in the bottom of the pot when a gallon of water is distilled. I use vinegar to clean the pot after each gallon. I tried to sell it several years ago and I am really glad that it didn't sell.
