Weston Blake Melton of Burkesville, KY passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at his residence in Burkesville, having attained the age of 5 months and 14 days.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at 2pmCT, in The Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home, 601 N Main Street, Burkesville, KY, with Dr. Mark Shelton officiating. Burial will be in the Spears and Scott Cemetery in Cumberland County, KY. The family will receive friends after 6pmCT, on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 until the funeral hour on Wednesday.

He was born on Sunday, March 6, 2016, at T. J. Samson Hospital in Glasgow, KY, the son of Justin Barker and Amber Melton. He is survived by:
  • His father" Justin Barker, Burkesville, KY

  • His mother: Amber Melton, Burkesville, KY

  • His brother: Kayden Melton, Burkesville, KY

  • His maternal grandparents: Beverly and Dewayne Davidson, all of Burkesville, KY

  • His great-grandmother: Ruby Scott, Burkesville, KY

  • His aunts: Bailey Davidson, Nicole Spears (and Joel Nash), all of Burkesville, KY

  • His great-uncle and great-aunt: Mike and Belinda Lundy, all of Burkesville, KY

  • His cousins: Maddison Kerney, Hendrick Nash, Rachael Lundy, Jacob Lundy, and Fallon Baxter.
