Maxie "Jean" Doughman, age 70, of Campbellsville, died Saturday, August 13, 2016 at her home in Campbellsville.

Funeral Services will be at 12pmCT/1pmET, Tuesday, August 16, 2016, at the Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home, 503 E Main Street, Campbellsville, KY, with Bro. Jase Divens officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Washington cemetery. The family request visitation 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET, on Monday, August 15, 2016, at the Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home.

Born August 16, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Walter Edmon and Genieve Christine Thompson Miller. She died Saturday, August 13, 2016, in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 70 years, 11 months, and 28 days.

She professed faith in Christ and attended Campbellsville Baptist Temple as a member.

She united in marriage to Dennis Frank Doughman, February 12, 1966 who survives.

She is also survived by:
  • Two daughtersL Cynthia G. Hiestand and husband Bill of Mt. Joy, PA; and Cheryl L. Ritter and husband William of Campbellsville, KY

  • Seven grand-children

  • Two great grand-children.

  • Three brothers: Verlas Miller and wife Bettie, Garry Miller and wife Phyllis, Roger Miller and wife Karen, all of Campbellsville, KY

  • One sister: Jeanette Goodin and her husband Gary, of Campbellsville, KY

  • Several nieces and nephews

  • And other relatives and friends
