The funeral services for Rosaline Read will be at 1pmCT/2pmET, Monday, August 15, 2016 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Avenue, Campbellsville, KY, by Rev. David Johnson. Burial will be in Brookside Cemetery, W Main Street, Campbellsville, KY. Visitation will be 9am-1pmCT/10am-2pmET, at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home.



Rosaline Read, Taylor County, KY (1947-2016)


Rosaline Read was the daughter of the late Joseph Bentley Read and Nora Crews Read. She was born June 29, 1947 in Taylor County, KY. She died a Friday, August 12, 2016 in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 69 years, one months, and 14 days.

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Baptist Church.

She is survived by:
  • Three brothers and five sisters: John Read, Larry Read, Columbus Read, Deloris Jeffries, Edna Read, Josie Osborne, Evalene Read, and Linda Smith

  • Several nieces and nephews

  • And many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by a brother Robert Read; two half-brothers and one half-sister: William "Zeke" Sapp, Joe Lee Read and Catherine Read.
