BOWLING GREEN, KY (2 Aug 2016) - A short-term and long-term lane closure will be put in place in both directions on Interstate 65 near mile marker 30 in Warren County while crews prepare the area to begin work on a new interchange as part of the I-65 to U.S. 31-W connector project.

The short-term closure will take place overnight Wednesday, August 3, 2016, from 8pm to 6amCT and overnight Thursday, August 4, 2016 from 8pm to 6amCT. Crews will close the inside lane next to the barrier wall and the center lane. That means I-65 will be down to one lane open in that area during that time for approximately a mile.

The long-term closure will begin Friday, August 4 with the inside lane being closed in both directions for approximately a mile for an expected 60 days.
