Beulah Chapel Brethren in Christ Church 2016 VBS report

Learning that it is better to give than receive, the students and teachers participated in making blankets to donate to the Adair County Sheriffs Office so the officers would be able to carry a blanket in their cruiser in case of an emergency that could possibly involve and infant or small child.

Our theme this year at Beulah Chapel Vacation Bible School was Christmas in July.

Our VBS kids learned about the Birth of Jesus Christ through a lovely narration by Frances Giles.

We had a puppet show with popular characters Mimi and Petunia (aka. Georgina Roy and Pam Spires).

We had traditional VBS music with our talented vocalists Marilyn Radford and Rosemary Bennett.

A mini movie presentation about "The Nativity" with our media specialist Ernestine Bennett.

We enjoyed making a Christmas craft ornament with lots of help from Wanda Burden, Leslie Hadley, Jennifer Carter and parents who were present. If I have left anyone out I am truly sorry and we appreciate your help!
The Beulah Chapel BIC Vacation Bible School learned it is better to give than receive. The VBS attendees participated in making blankets to donate to the Adair County Sheriff's Office.

We wanted the officers to be able to carry a blanket in their cruiser in case of an emergency that could possibly involve and infant or small child.

A big thanks to our Pastor Clifton Bennett and Deacon Kenny Bennett for their help. If you are looking for a church to attend, we would love to have you at Beulah Chapel Church, 4262

May God Bless!!! - Kim Goodin
