The funeral service for Cheryl Lynn Scott will be at 1pmCT/2pmET, Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at Poplar Grove United Methodist Church in Campbellsville by Bro. Elbert Hadley. Burial will be in Poplar Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery, 900 Poplar Grove Road, Campbellsville, KY. Visitation will be 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET, Monday, July 18, 2016 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Avenue, Campbellsville, KY, and after 12pmNoonCT/1pmET, at Poplar Grove United Methodist Church.

Cheryl Lynn Scott of Louisville, KY formerly of Campbellsville, KY, was the daughter of Commie Scott Caulk and the late James Scott. She was born July 4, 1966, in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died Friday, July 15, 2016 in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 50 years and 11 days.

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Southeast Christian Church.

She is survived by:
  • Her mother: Commie Scott Caulk and her stepfather, Bobby Caulk of Campbellsville, KY

  • Two sisters and one brother: Rebecca Wood and husband, Bobby; and Robbie Caulk of Campbellsville, KY; and Tracy Caulk of Louisville, KY

  • Her fiance': Roger Whitehouse of Louisville, KY

  • A special aunt: Essie Allen of Louisville, KY

  • Several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends
