Dunwoody, Georgia and much of the Greater Atlanta Area is a visual testament to the importance of quality urban planning. Have they made mistakes over the years? Yes, but to drive and walk down their streets in most areas is a complete joy.

Columbia/Adair County is experiencing growth and now is the time for County and City leaders, not just political but business, educational, religious and cultural leaders as well, to call for a Greater Downtown Columbia Urban Development Plan. There are millions of dollars available to communities such as ours but only if we have an overall plan. Billy Joe Fudge
