Yes, but to drive and walk down their streets in most areas is a complete joy. Columbia/Adair County is experiencing growth and now is the time for County and City leaders, not just political but business, educational, religious and cultural leaders as well, to call for a Greater Downtown Columbia Urban Development Plan.
