Local option election upheld. Court finds that Republican caucus was not an election.

Adair County Circuit Judge Judy Vance rendered a summary judgment, Thursday afternoon, July 14, 2016, on a challenge to the March 5, 2016 local option election in favor of the Adair County Board of Elections, et al, letting the outcome, in favor of allowing alcoholic beverages to be sold in Adair County, to stand.
