Shannon Sexton reports Sunday sales approved in Jamestown Shannon Sexton, the chair of PAC, Progress in Columbia, sends a note early this morning that the Jamestown City Council has approved Sunday sales, and passes on a quote from PAC's counterpart organization, Revive Russell Community, which stated, "We applaud the Jamestown City Councilfor having the courage and vision to pass Sunday Sales for their city.
