Mrs. Connie Ann Humphrey, 55, departed this life on July 9, 2016 at the University of Louisville Hospital after an illness.

At Mrs. Humphrey's request, cremation rites were accorded her by the L.R. Petty Funeral Home. There were no public services.

She was born on February 17, 1961 in Hardin County, KY. She departed this life on July 9, 2016 in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY at the age of 55 years, four months, and 22 days..

She was a nurse and homemaker. Mrs. Humphrey loved animals and rescued as many as she could. She professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith.

She leaves to mourn her passing:
  • Her longtime companion and fiance': Barry Roution of Casey Creek, KY

  • One son: Gregory VanHeck of Casey Creek, KY

  • One brother: Ronnie VanHeck and wife Donna of Campbellsville, KY

  • Many stepsisters

  • And a host of other family and friends.
