Flash Flood Warning, Wednesday, July 7, 2016, from 3:31pmCT to 7:30pmCT for Adair County. At 3:43pmCT, the storm was near the Metcalfe-Adair County line, moving eastward along a band from just north of Columbia south to the northern parts of Cumberland and Clinton Counties, and all of Russell County, KY. As will be our policy in severe weather the Adair Annex Basement, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY, will be open as a shelter until there is an all clear.
