Charles Lucas, 90, Middleburg, KY (1926-2016) He was a WWII U.S. Army Veteran and will be accorded full military rites by the Casey County Honor Guard at committal rites at Middleburg Cemetery. He was a lifelong farmer and former employee of Watson's Gate Co. He attended Union College and was a lifelong member of Middleburg Baptist Church. He was the son of the late Herman Francis & Zella Mae Lucas. His wife of 60 years, Dollie Evans Lucas, survives. He died Friday, July 1, 2016, in Danville, Boyle County, KY, at the age of 90 years, five months, and 23 days. He was a WWII U.S. Army Veteran.
