She died Thursday, June 30, 2016, in Edmonton, Metcalfe County, KY, at the age of 52 years, nine months, and 28 days. Bonnie was a homemaker and member of the Foundation Methodist Church. Besides her mother, she is survived by her husband David Fields of Edmonton, KY, and the following:
