Fair Schedule of Events Next earlier AC Fair Factoid: Adair County Fair Factoid III - 1884 considered 1st (new) Fair By Mike Watson, Adair County Historian The 1885 Adair County fair began on August 18th with an address from Kentucky Secretary of State James A.
